  220.  Allow AT LEAST 4 weeks  to  handle  the registration, counted  from the
  221.  moment  the  money  is  received. When  cheques  are used, they must be
  222.  cleared  by  the bank BEFORE I will start sending the package (this can
  223.  take up to 4 weeks, depending on the type of cheque). Eurocheques  that
  224.  are valid (see later) do  not  have to be cleared first ! Also a slight
  225.  delay (in your favour) can  occurr  when  I am finishing a new version.
  226.  In  this  case  you will receive the newest version along with the key.

  229.  (1) Notes for (postal) money orders:
  230.  
  231.  - Sometimes a postal money order will cost extra money, either at
  232.    your side or at my side. Add US$ 10,-- for the tranfer if this
  233.    is the case;

  236.  (2) Notes for euro/giro cheques:
  237.  
  238.  - When you want to register this product and you are going to pay with
  239.    a so called EuroCheque than please do one of the following;
  240.  
  241.  - Calculate the amount of US $ into DUTCH currency (at the time of
  242.    this writing the US dollar will cost Hfl 1.75 in dutch money) and
  243.    write out the cheque in DUTCH (guldens/HFl) currency. Please check
  244.    out the local transfer rates for Dollars to Dutch money OR calculate
  245.    the amount of US $ into your OWN currency and write out the cheque
  246.    in your OWN currency;
  247.  
  248.  - When you are a non-USA customer, NEVER write an eurocheque in US$
  249.    currency, they will be returned to you because the tranfer from
  250.    US$ to local currency will cost more than a non-commercial
  251.    registration of MTA;
  252.  
  253.  - When you write out a Giro-cheque, always put the amount in LETTERS
  254.    on the back of the dutch giro-cheque (only DUTCH giro cheques are
  255.    allowed);
  256.  
  257.  - When you write out a Euro-cheque, always put the NUMBER on the back
  258.    of the cheque. When not supplied, I must return the cheque;

  261.  (3) Notes for Giro Account:
  262.  
  263.  - Never be sure  that the supplied account number in this documentation
  264.    is the correct one, because ANYONE can change it. Always (if possible
  265.    and easy) check  before  you  act. GiroTel users will see the correct
  266.    name when transferring money  because GiroTel first checks the number
  267.    agains the name;
  268.  
  269.  - You can transfer money onto the Dutch Giro account 5416631 under the
  270.    name R.W. van Hoeven, PO Box 131, Badhoevedorp;
  271.  
  272.  - When  you  use  GiroTel  <tm>, be sure to send a registration form to
  273.    my  normal  address  and  TO  INCLUDE  YOUR  NAME  AND ADDRESS in the
  274.    descriptive  part  of  the  transfer,  because GiroTel transfers will
  275.    show  an  amount  of  money at my side but NO NAME AND ADDRESS !!!!!!

  277.  - When  you  tranfer  from  Europe to this Giro Account, make sure that
  278.    I  receive  the  equivalent  of  the money that is requested. In most
  279.    cases, both  your  and  our  Giro department will ask extra money for
  280.    the  transfer. It  is  up  to  YOU to cover these costs. If I receive
  281.    less  than  requested, I  will  bounce  the tranfer and the costs for
  282.    the  bounce  are  (again) subtracted  from  the original amount. Make
  283.    SURE THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT NUMBER.  If
  284.    you  are  unsure  but you still want to transfer in this fashion, you
  285.    should add US $ 15,-- to the total of the registation;

  288.  (4) Notes for Bank Account:

  290.  - Never be sure  that the supplied account number in this documentation
  291.    is the correct one, because ANYONE can change it. Always (if possible
  292.    and easy) check  before  you  act. You can check by sending me a FIDO
  293.    message (2:281/904.5 under Rob van.hoeven);

  295.  - You can transfer money onto my dutch bank ABN-AMRO account number
  296.    54.61.22.787 under the name R.W. van Hoeven, Badhoevedorp. Please
  297.    include the name of the bank (ABN-AMRO Amstelveen) when you send
  298.    from other countries than The Netherlands;

  300.  - When  you  tranfer  from  Europe to this Bank Account, make sure that
